SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES

Shipping for UK mainland takes 7-10 working days. we ship from our Somerset warehouse.

Shipping to Europe, America and other countries is available, fees & freight costs are covered by the customer and will require a customised shipping quote. If you would like us to supply a shipping quote please get in contact via our contact form and supply your name and address.

Shipping within the UK (mainland) is a flat rate of £55.

A collection service is available from our Somerset warehouse, just select the appropriate option at check-out. Collections must be scheduled beforehand by contacting us directly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The delivery is pretty big, it is a 2-man delivery service but be prepared to assist the driver to unload it/direct them to where to place your delivery. It’s best to have a place ready to store your latitude roof tent, or better still, get it straight on your vehicle!

Check the condition of the package before accepting the delivery. If there is visible damage to the tent itself, take pictures and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately so we can open a claim with the delivery company, and we’ll dispatch another one to you. Damaged deliveries must be refused to avoid any issues.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase, and with receipt. Customers are responsible for arranging shipping and covering all shipping costs of item(s) back to our warehouse. Please note, the original shipping costs will be excluded from the refund. Refunds can take 3-5 business days after receipt of the product and is based on the condition of the product after full inspection.
