What is covered?

Latitude Tents warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for the term described, except as qualified below. 

What is not covered?

Latitude Tents shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultra Violet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or improper care. IN NO EVENT SHALL Latitude Tents BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

What Latitude will do

If after inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, without charge.

Warranty Term

Limited two-year warranty applies to tent components, including base, hinges, aluminium poles, window poles, fabric and seams. 12-month warranty applies to all zippers, buckles and ladder.

Returns

Latitude Tents warrants a 30-day return policy, so long as the product is unused and still in the original packaging. Returns are at the buyer’s expense.
